I’m a big believer in keeping active and staying fit but I know that some days it means simply ensuring MVMT into my daily routine. When I was younger, I played organized sports and did activities that kept me moving - everything from softball to competitive bowling! Because life is all about balance. Which is why I’m still incorporating MVMT into my daily life such as sweating through a workout or walking my dog and I love sharing that philosophy with my patients to help them find balance too.

I grew up being involved with many sports, so naturally, I fell in love with athletics and fitness. Promoting MVMT is the main reason I pursued a career in health.
I believe anyone can live an active lifestyle and am driven to help others reach their personal health goals. I want to accomplish this through exercise education and prescription during my treatments.
Some of my interests include volleyball, basketball, strength training, music and travelling. I currently help coach 18U boys in Markham as part of the OVA. If I’m not working, I would be around volleyball, exercising, eating or walking my dog.
I want to be involved in your rehabilitation process to help guide you toward your goal and get you moving well.
