I’m a big believer that MVMT is medicine—and sometimes, that means training for a half marathon, and other times, it’s just taking the dogs for a walk and calling it a win. As a chiropractor with 14 years of experience, and co-owner of MVMT Integrative Medicine, I help people stay active, recover smarter, and move through life with more confidence and less pain.

She believes that proper lab analysis is one of the most underutilized resources in understanding your symptoms and health status. I am a Certified Athletic Therapist who is passionate about incorporating MVMT into my daily routine and my treatment style. I am enthusiastic about helping patients understand the vital role MVMT plays in healing and overall wellness.
