I’m a big believer that MVMT is medicine—and sometimes, that means training for a half marathon, and other times, it’s just taking the dogs for a walk and calling it a win. As a chiropractor with 14 years of experience, and co-owner of MVMT Integrative Medicine, I help people stay active, recover smarter, and move through life with more confidence and less pain.

I use a combination of Diversified chiropractic techniques, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, dry needling, and exercise prescription to create customized treatment plans that fit your lifestyle—whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply someone who wants to feel better in their own body.

MVMT has always been a big part of my life—from softball and competitive bowling growing up (yes, that’s a thing!) to running, Pilates, and being a full-time dog mom to two high-energy German Shorthaired Pointers. I know firsthand how powerful movement can be for both body and mind, and I love helping patients discover that in their own way.

Education: - BSc. (Hons) Life Sciences, McMaster University - Doctor of Chiropractic, Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College - Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Provider, McMaster University

I grew up being involved with many sports, so naturally, I fell in love with athletics and fitness. Promoting MVMT is the main reason I pursued a career in health. I believe anyone can live an active lifestyle and am driven to help others reach their personal health goals. I want to accomplish this through exercise education and prescription during my treatments. Some of my interests include volleyball, basketball, strength training, music and travelling. If I’m not working, I would be playing with my kids, exercising, eating or walking my dog. I want to be involved in your rehabilitation process to help guide you toward your goal and get you moving well.
